PURCHASING AT PLANTS ATE MY MONEY
Where is your nursery located, can we visit?
We’re based in Singapore and our nursery is currently not open to public.
Where is your warehouse located, can we visit?
Our warehouse and office is located at 192 Pandan Loop, Pantech Business Hub #01-12 (S128381) Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 5:00PM to 8:00PM Saturday 1:00pm-5:00PM
I want to order more than 10 quantities of a particular product; is that possible?
Yes, we do wholesale and bulk orders so please get in touch via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or DM us on Instagram, to let us know what you need.
I want a particular plant, but it’s not listed. How can I get it?
We sometimes have plants in stock that we haven’t had the chance to feature on our website. Please reach out to us with what you’re looking for and we might be able to get it for you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1 working day and we will dispatch them to our delivery personnel the following day. You will most likely receive your orders within 1 to 3 working days.
What are your delivery charges?
For orders less than $150, a $15 delivery fee applies. Free island-wide delivery is applicable for orders above $150. For Peruvian plant orders in collaboration with Orquideas Amazonicas, the delivery fee is $20/location regardless of the quantity of plant purchased.
How will my purchased plant arrive?
We ensure that every plant purchased from us is established and rooted, and potted in our well-draining media. We also try our best for it to reach you pest and disease free.
I've placed my order. However, I would like to make changes to it. Is that possible?
Changes or cancellation cannot be made but please do drop us WhatsApp message at 94243892 and we'll see how we can help you.
I'm not satisfied with the plant(s) or product(s). Can I get a refund?
For plant purchases, we endeavour to select the best quality to be dispatched. If you find that the plant(s) did not meet your expectations, do reach out to us via WhatsApp upon receiving it. If you receive defective or damaged product(s) upon receipt, we will do a 1-to-1 replacement. However, we do not do refunds for any products purchased.
My plant arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your plant is damaged, please take photographs of how it arrived, and get in touch with us directly. Our priority is for our plants to reach their new home safe and in good condition, so please reach out to us if you’ve had an issue - we will be more than happy to be of help.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we now offer shipping internationally. We are also able to offer phytosanitary certificate for our plant exports. Please note that there may be import restrictions or requirements in your country that you may need to fulfill - we suggest that you check or get in touch with your local authorities to clarify these. Pricing for international sales is different. Please reach out to us for our international pricelist and the plants available.
Do you grow your own plants?
We are currently blessed with a nursery where we grow and propagate the majority of the specimens. For some of the rarer plants, we obtain them through our network of suppliers mainly from Peru, Japan, Holland, South East Asia and locally.
